How to set up Happ and check your first VPN connection

    Prepare your device

    Create an account, install Happ and add your phone or computer in your account. Each device needs its own profile; one subscription has two device slots.

  2. 02

    Add your personal profile to Happ

    In the browser account, open your device and select “Open in Happ”. If it does not open, select “Copy my link”, then open Happ → + → import from clipboard.

  3. 03

    Choose a mode and connect

    After import, choose «the selective-routing profile» for selective routing or «the full-traffic profile» for full-traffic mode. Turn on the connection and approve the system VPN setup prompt if it appears.

    Check the first connection

    Open an app or site that your profile routes through the VPN. Your account shows the connection after usage statistics update. A site that connects directly does not, by itself, confirm that the VPN is working.

If setup stops, check your current step

  1. The account has no “Open in Happ” button yet

    Check whether free setup has been started and the device connection is ready. If the account says “Preparing connection”, wait and select “Check again”. The 7 free days have not started until a VPN connection is confirmed.

  2. Happ is installed, but there is no “Alfa VPN” profile

    Open your device in the account. Select “Open in Happ”. If it does not open, copy your personal link and import it in Happ using + and the clipboard; approve the profile import. Do not share your personal link or QR code.

  3. The profile is present, but no connection is confirmed

    Select the intended profile in Happ, turn on the VPN and approve the system prompt if one appears. Test an app or site your profile routes through the VPN; a direct connection alone proves nothing. Check device statistics and the time of the last complete measurement in your account. If the data is stale or the error persists, use “Help” without sending your personal link. Unsure which site your selective profile sends through the VPN? Temporarily choose “the full-traffic profile”, check the connection and wait for account statistics to update. Then return to selective routing if you wish; this check does not confirm every selective rule.

If your account is open inside Telegram

Open your device → “Get connection” → “Copy link”. Then open Happ → + → import from clipboard. The connection button may also have a step number.

When the 7 free days begin

The countdown starts with your first confirmed VPN connection. Registration and profile download do not start it. If setup expired before you finished and your account offers to continue free setup, use that option: this is a separate setup window, not trial days already used.

If you cannot connect

Open “Help” or the feedback form in your account. Describe your device, the step where you stopped and the error text. Do not send your personal link or QR code. App versions and settings may differ.

What is Alfa VPN?

This page describes the Alfa VPN service at portal.pd-connect.work.gd. It provides personal network connections: your account manages access and devices, while the separate Happ app uses the profile provided by the service.

Do I need to keep switching the VPN on and off?

Selective routing sends connections according to the profile’s rules. A full-traffic mode is also available. Rules and individual app behaviour may vary.

Do I need Telegram to register?

No. The button on this page opens browser registration with an email and password. Access through Telegram remains a separate option.

Can I use a phone and a computer?

One member subscription supports up to two registered devices. Choose the appropriate installation instructions in your account.

What happens if a route becomes unavailable?

Profiles contain backup routes. The client checks availability and can switch routes. This does not guarantee uninterrupted service on every network.

What happens after the free trial?

You need to renew for continued access. The free period does not authorize charges: one-time payment and autopay consent are separate steps.

Is availability guaranteed on my network?

No. It depends on your network operator, device and external services. The free period lets you test your own conditions.
